摘    要:基于现有三偏心蝶阀多层次密封圈的不足以及全金属密封圈密封性能差、研究少的现状,运用有限元分析软件,模拟分析了不同状态下密封圈的密封压力分布情况,得到了三偏心蝶阀密封性能与密封压力影响因素的关系,并给出了相关设计建议。分析结果表明,三偏心蝶阀密封压力分布不均匀,阀轴附近存在低密封压力过渡区。合理设计密封圈,可改善密封压力分布情况和增大过渡区密封压力值,提高三偏心蝶阀密封性能。

Abstract:Based on the shortage of multi-layer sealing rings of three-eccentric butterfly valve and the poor sealing performance and insufficient studies of all-metal sealing rings, a finite element analysis software is used to simulate and analyze the distribution of sealing pressure of sealing rings under different conditions. The relationships between the sealing performance and the influencing factors of sealing pressure are obtained, and the design suggestions are given..The results show that the sealing pressure distribution of triple eccentric butterfly valve is not uniform, and there is a transition region of low sealing pressure near the valve shaft. The reasonable design of seal rings can improve the seal pressure distribution and enhance the seal pressure value of transition zone, which helps to improve the sealing performance of three-eccentric butterfly valve.
