直升机电液伺服飞控作动系统设计与实现

摘    要:针对当前国内外典型直升机电传飞控作动系统的技术现状,设计了一种基于FPGA和射流管式伺服阀的电气四余度、液压机械双余度直升机飞控作动系统,并通过仿真分析和工程试验的方法,验证了系统的关键技术和性能指标。分析和试验结果表明,该系统具有较高的集成度、频响、安全性和可靠性,为我国直升机电传飞控作动系统领域的技术选择提供了多选项。

Abstract:In view of the current technical status of typical Fly-By-Wire (FBW) Flight Control Actuation System (FCAS) of helicopters at home and abroad, a FCAS based on FPGA and jet pipe servo valve with electrical quadruple redundancy and hydro-mechanical double redundancy for helicopters is designed, and verifies the key technology and performance of the system through simulation analysis and engineering test. The analysis and test results show that the system has high integration, frequency response, safety and reliability, which provides multiple options for the technical selection of China's helicopter FBW FCAS.
