摘    要:分析MTTF、失效率与寿命的关系,并采用Weibull分布失效率分段建模浴盆曲线,通过最小二乘法、相关系数法对Weibull分布参数进行估计,进而得到可靠度曲线函数,为电能表的寿命分析提供理论依据。

Abstract:The relationship between MTTF and failure rate is analyzed.The Weibull distribution failure rate is used to model the bathtub curve.The parameters of the Weibull distribution are estimated by the least squares method and the correlation coefficient method.The distribution curve of the reliability is obtained.The life table of the energy meter provides the theoretical basis.
