摘    要:依托北京地铁12号线盾构直接切削西坝河桥16根φ800桥桩工程,通过三维数值模拟和理论推导,对盾构法清障掘进面荷载展开研究.通过三维动态模拟,分析单个刀具逐次切混凝土荷载变化规律.基于等效原理与单刀切削荷载,提出一种对切桩刀具数、推力及扭矩的估算模型.并将此估算模型用于计算苏州地铁直接切削广济桥掘进面荷载,对比分析计算...

Abstract:Based on the project for shield cutting of 16 800 piers of Xiba river bridge in Beijing No. 12 metro line, this paper adopts a 3D numerical simulation and theoretical analysis to investigate the load distribution on the excavation face. The load on the excavation face was analyzed by the 3D dynamic simulation when the concrete was cut in sequence. According to the equivalence principle and cutting load by single tool, a theoretical model was proposed to estimate the pushing power, the torque and the number of tools in operation, and it was applied to calculate the load on the excavation face of shield cutting of Guangji bridge in Suzhou subway. The results reveal that the error between the estimated pushing power and torque and the accurate calculation is 10% and 3.3% respectively, proving the accuracy of estimation model. The adopted model is verified to predict the cutting load on the excavation face when the shield passed through each central pier of Xiba river bridge and analyze the impact of working condition on the torque. The research can provide reference for calculating the load on excavation face in similar shield tunneling projects.
