摘    要:针对永磁无刷直流电机(BLDCM)在方波控制时转矩脉动大、电流畸变程度大以及反电势不稳定造成转速波动的问题,本文在分析BLDCM控制方式的基础上,将这些问题的原因归结于控制时的电流换相以及反电势并非理想方波电势。基于此,针对电动汽车BLDCM提出一种基于模糊控制的无刷直流电机矢量控制调速策略,此策略使用模糊控制器对转速误差进行调节,进而增强系统的调速性能;使用矢量控制取代方波控制,进而克服转矩脉动、电流畸变以及反电势不稳定等问题。实验结果表明,本文提出的控制策略能较好地抑制转矩脉动,并使电流以及转速更加平滑稳定。

Abstract:For permanent magnet brushless DC motor (BLDCM) in the square wave control of large torque ripple and current distortion and back EMF instability caused by the speed fluctuation problem, based on the analysis of BLDCM control mode, will be attributed to these problems in the control of current commutation and back EMF is not ideal square wave potential. Based on this, a vector control strategy for brushless DC motor vector control based on fuzzy control is proposed for electric vehicle BLDCM, this strategy uses fuzzy controller to adjust the speed error, thereby enhancing the performance of the speed control system; the use of vector control to replace the square wave control, thus overcoming the torque ripple and current distortion and back EMF is not stable. The experimental results show that the proposed control strategy can restrain the torque ripple and smooth the current and speed.
