Abstract:Nige tunnel is a long and deep buried tunnel with high water temperature and high rock temperature. The highest water temperature is 63.4℃, the highest rock temperature is 88.8℃, and the highest temperature is 56.4 ℃. In order to study the characteristics of tunnel ground temperature and predict the ground temperature, a series of ground temperature schemes were designed. The research results show that the limestone section is characterized by high water temperature, water temperature > air temperature > rock temperature. The water temperature and air temperature increase with the tunnel depth and buried depth, and the water yield and water temperature reach high values near the contact zone. The temperature in the tunnel is affected by water temperature, tunnel water yield and water volume The results show that the granite section is characterized by high rock temperature and no water, and the rock temperature and air temperature increase with the depth and depth of the tunnel, and the difference between them is about 25 ℃~30 ℃; the rock temperature reaches stability when the hole depth is more than 2 m; the construction environment temperature of a complete construction cycle presents four stages: the temperature drop stage (drilling construction link), the temperature rise stage (blasting construction link), In the stage of rapid rise of temperature (heat dissipation of newly exploded surrounding rock) and slow decrease of air temperature (slagging construction), due to the influence of mechanical operation such as vehicles and excavators, there are many abnormal high values of air temperature in the slag discharging process; after the construction of secondary lining, the temperature difference between the inner and outer walls of the second lining is about 3.4 ℃; the maximum ground temperature predicted by the heat transfer theory and geothermal Genesis theory is consistent with the measured value. The project case is quite typical, and the research in this paper has guiding significance for tunnel construction in southwest highland hot area.
