摘    要:数字化电能表在智能变电站的建设中得到广泛应用,需要准确可靠的高性能标准数字化电能表对数字化电能表进行现场校验。分析了复杂工况对标准数字化电能表提出的高精度要求和现场校验对标准数字化电能表提出的检测速度和可靠性要求。文中研制的标准数字化电能表以高性能DSP系统为核心,以高精度脉冲分频技术和插值重采样点积和算法实现标准高性能电能计量和高频次电能脉冲输出,在谐波以及输入噪声等工况下的准确度依然满足误差限值要求。测试结果表明,该标准数字化电能表电能计量误差不超过0.02%。所研制的标准数字化电能表可用于现场实负荷工况下计量性能监测与运行状态评估。

Abstract:With the widely using of the digital energy meter in the construction of intelligent substation, the demand for accurate and reliable high-performance reference digital energy meter on the field of digital energy meter on-site Calibration becomes urgent. The paper analyzes that the complex load conditions and on-site calibration require the reference digital energy meter with the performance of high accuracy, fast calibration and high reliability. Based on DSP system, the reference digital energy meter achieves high-performance energy measurement and reference pulse output by the technology of high-precision pulse frequency divider and the sum of dot product algorithm after interpolation resampled. Accuracy of the reference digital energy meter in this paper can meet the error limit requirements under the operating conditions with harmonic and input noise. And the testing results show that the energy measurement error of the device does not exceed 0.02%. The reference digital energy meter developed in this paper can be applied to the field of digital energy meter measurement and operation status evaluation under the real load.
