Abstract:The vehicle hydraulic system will be affected by the dual excitation of vehicle body vibration and pump source hydraulic pulsation in the working process, which has an important impact on the transmission of pressure wave and the vibration of pipe network. In this paper, the vibration of vehicle hydraulic system caused by pump source excitation and vehicle body excitation is analyzed, and the law of pipeline vibration and pressure wave transmission under multi-source excitation is studied. This paper analyzes the transmission of pipeline vibration and pressure pulsation under pump source excitation and vehicle body excitation. It is found that with the increase of gear pump speed, the amplitude of fluid pressure fluctuation increases. The vibration response of hydraulic system under the pump source harmonic excitation is forced vibration in wide frequency domain, and the harmonic frequency is consistent with the pressure fluctuation frequency of pump source fluid. When the pressure pulsation frequency of the pump source is close to the natural frequency of the hydraulic pipeline, a large resonance response of the pipeline structure will be aroused.
