螺杆压缩机高能效设计的现状及展望

摘    要:作为一种典型的容积式压缩机,螺杆压缩机以急剧增长的趋势广泛应用于各个工业领域,在节能环保等技术要求逐渐提升的背景下,其能效水平的高低已成为决定其未来发展的关键指标。详细介绍了螺杆压缩机高能效设计方面的研究现状,重点针对影响能效方面的关键因素,包括几何参数、运行参数、系统的结构形式、驱动形式等进行了详细的对比综述。对螺杆压缩机能效方面的研究进展进行分析和讨论,并对其未来的发展方向进行展望。

Abstract:As a typical positive displacement compressor, screw compressors are widely used in various industrial fields with a skyrocketing trend. Under the background of increasing technical requirements for energy saving and environmental protection, the level of energy efficiency has become the key to determining its future development index. It Introduces current research status of the energy efficiency design of screw compressors in detail, focusing on the key factors affecting energy efficiency, including geometric parameters, operational parameters, system structure, drive forms, detailed domestic and foreign comparison review. Progress of screw compressor energy efficiency is discussed, its future development direction is prospected.
