摘    要:某型应急能源系统用于在紧急情况下为飞机提供应急电能和应急液压能,收放作动装置是该系统的收放机构。以构建更贴近真实工况的某型收放作动装置虚拟样机仿真模型为目标,构建了基于AMESim和ADAMS的装置虚拟样机联合仿真模型,重点对装置高空带载展开时的动态性能进行仿真研究,并实现了仿真结果和试验结果的对比分析,有利于装置的后续改进等工作。

Abstract:An emergency power system is used to provide emergency electrical power and emergency hydraulic power for the aircraft in emergency situations. The deployment actuator is the retraction mechanism of the system. This essay is aimed at building a virtual prototype simulation model of a deployment actuator in more realistic working situation, creating the joint simulation model of a device based on AMESim and ADAMS. It focuses on the simulation research on dynamic performance of device extension with load, and performs the comparative analysis of simulation results against test results, which is beneficial to the following design improvement etc.
