摘    要:为验证高压齿轮泵泵体结构设计与材料选用的合理性,基于ANSYS Workbench软件对齿轮泵壳体组件进行结构静力学与热的综合分析,得到在工作状态下油液压力、温度及受力共同作用下泵体的总变形和等效应力分布情况.结果表明,泵体在高压出口附近发生较大变形,最大等效应力发生在出油孔内壁.为减少泵体变形,从结构上加以改进,仿真...

Abstract:In order to verify the reasonability of structure design and material selection of high-pressure gear pump body, based on ANSYS Workbench software, the structural static mechanics and thermodynamics of gear pump body are analyzed comprehensively. Then the total deformation and equivalent stress distribution of the pump body under the working state oil pressure and temperature are obtained. The results show that large deformation occurs near the high pressure outlet of the pump body and the maximum equivalent stress occurs in the inner wall of the outlet hole. In order to reduce the deformation of the pump body, the structural is optimized, and the feasibility of the structural optimization is proved by simulation.
