步进模块法在全气动回路设计中的应用

摘    要:常用的行程程序控制回路设计方法繁琐易出错,为了解决这一问题提出了步进模块设计方法。分析了步进模块的结构与工作原理,并详细总结了步进模块设计方法的一般步骤。利用这种方法分别设计出多缸单往复、多缸多往复及有并列动作的行程程序的全气动回路原理图;利用Fluid-SIM软件对所设计的几种气动回路分别进行仿真。结果表明,执行元件能够按照预定的顺序依次完成相应的动作,验证了这一设计方法的正确性。

Abstract:Those common design methods of stroke program control circuit were complicated and error-prone. In order to solve this problem, the stepper module design method is proposed. First, the structure principle of stepper module is analyzed, and the general steps of stepper module design method are listed. Then, three kinds of pneumatic circuit schematics of multi-cylinder single reciprocating stroke program, multi-cylinder multi-reciprocating stroke program and parallel actions stroke program are designed respectively. The Fluid-SIM software is used to simulate the designed pneumatic circuits. The results show that actuators can complete the corresponding actions in a predetermined order, which verifiy the correctness of the design method.
