锰掺杂CBT压电陶瓷的交流阻抗谱研究

摘    要:通过固相反应法制备了锰掺杂的CaBi4Ti4O15陶瓷,掺杂量x(MnCO3)从0到3.0%。添加锰以后,材料的直流电阻率先升高,再降低。通过交流阻抗谱分析,得到了各组分晶粒、晶界对电导的贡献。发现在少量掺杂时,锰原子同时进入晶粒及晶界,并改善高温下的导电性能。掺杂量为1.0%时,直流电阻率最大。但当x(MnCO3)大于3.0%时,锰原子开始富集于晶界,使材料性能恶化。

Abstract:CaBi4Ti4O15 piezoelectric ceramics with Mn addition (0~3.0%) were prepared by solid state reaction technique. The DC resistivity of samples increases when Mn content was lower than 1.0% and then begins to decrease with more Mn addition. The AC impedance spectrum technique was used to analyze the contribution of both grains and grain boundaries to the conductivity. It is found that with small Mn doping,Mn not only enhances the resistivity enter grain and grains but also of grain boundaries in the meantime. The largest resistivity appear when Mn content is 1.0%. However,the resistivity of grain boundary decreases dramatically as Mn content is higher than 3.0%.
