近两年来,国际流量测量界所召开的最重大的学术会议主要有两个：一个是2001年5月7－10日在苏格兰Peebles召开的“2001国际流量测量学术会议”。该会议由NEL主办,会议的主题是：“在工业各领域中创造效率”。另一个是2002年4月7－10日在美国首都华盛顿附近的Arlington召开的“第5届国际流体流量测量学术会议”,在此次学术会议的前后还在同一地点召开了ISO／TC30／SC2,ISO／TC30／SC5,ISO／TC30／SC9的工作会议以及CIPM／CCM／WGFF流量工作组的第3次会议。以上两次国际学术会议,ISO／TC30在分委员会的会议和WGFF的会议的主要议题,集中反映了当今国际流量测量技术的最新水平,并展示了流量测量技术的发展趋势及主要方向。中介绍了国外流量测量技术的若干动向。

International Flow Measurement Academic Developments and Trends

Two most important academic conferences were convened by international flow measurement circles in recent two years.One is the "International Flow Measurement Academic Conference,2001" held by NEL at Peebles of Scotland,U.K.,from May 7th to May 10th,2001,the theme of the conference being "creating efficiency in all industrial domains";the other one is the "5th International Fluid Flow Measurement Academic Conference" convoked at Arlington near to Washington,U.S.A.,from April 7th to April 10th,2002.Around this conference,the working conferences of ISO/TC 30/SC 2,ISO/TC 30/SC 5 and ISO/TC 30/SC 9 and the 3th conference of CIPM/CCM/WGFF flow working group were held at the same place and the principal subjects in all the conferences have concentically reflected the newest results of international flow measurement techniques and have pointed out their developing trends and major directions,which are all introduced in the paper,being available for reference.
