| 摘 要： | 指出城市历史建筑的保护和改造与当地的社会经济条件、保护制度的建设、保护观念拓展以及保护工作的管理息息相关。针对城市建筑历史建筑保护实践中存在的问题,提出了城市历史建筑保护与改造的策略,为城市历史文化传承与发展出谋划策。

| Abstract: | The protection and transformation of the historic building is closely linked with local social and economic conditions, building of protection system, renew of conservation concept and management work. In this paper, according to the questions existed in preservation of historic buildings in city practical strategies are propesed in order to give advice and make suggestions for inheritance and development of historical culture of city. |
