| 摘 要： | 海上溢油污染问题目前已成为国际公认的危害性极大的环境污染问题之一。建立相关海域溢油应急处置辅助决策系统,研究海上溢油漂移的数值预报机理,开发海上溢油应急处置模拟训练系统和海上溢油应急处置决策支持系统是十分必要的。本文提出了福建海域溢油应急处置辅助决策系统设计思路和实现技术路线。
