高密度钻井液技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对高密度钻井液在应用过程中存在的问题,通过对膨润土限量进行研究,对加重剂和表面活性剂进行优选,开发出了一系列密度高达2.9 g/cm<'3>的高密度钻井液,其抗温达150℃,抗盐达饱和.室内实验表明,该高密度钻井液具有良好的流动性和悬浮稳定性.其在羊塔克101、迪那22、大北1、和田1、庄2、固1、河坝1和河坝2井进行了应用.现场应用表明,该高密度钻井液性能优良,基本满足了钻井施工的需要.

Abstract:A series of high density drilling fluids, with the highest density being 2.9 g/cm3 are formulated based on studies conducted on some critical parameters of high density drilling fluids, such as the content of bentonite in drilling fluids, the optimization of weighting agents and surfactants. These fluids are stable at temperature as high as 150 ℃, and salinity up to saturation. Laboratory experiments showed that these fluids have good rheology. Field application in several wells, such as Yangtake-101, Dina-22, Dabei-1,Hetian-1, Zhuang-2, Gu-1, Heba-1 and Heba-2 gives satisfactory results.
