摘    要:为适应油田含油废水处理设备的小型化、可移动的需要,从提高动态水力旋流器设计及制造精度入手,运用数学、流体力学、三维CAD造型技术等知识,对其主要构件,如转筒、旋转栅、溢流口等进行了优选设计和试验对比分析。为制造分离性能优良的样机提供了理论指导,也为其深入研究奠定基础。

Abstract:In order to suit the needs of miniaturization and movability of oily waste water treating device in oil field, proceed from enhancing the precision of design and manufacture of dynamic hydrocyclone and utilize the knowledge of mathematics, fluid mechanics and techniques of three dimensional CAD modelling, the optimization design and testing contrast analysis upon its main components such as: rotating sleeve, rotary grid and overflow vent etc. were carried out, thus provided theoretical guide for the manufacture of prototype with good separation function and laid a foundation for a thorough and deeper study.
