DBD型臭氧发生器电源的研制

摘    要:研制了一款介质阻挡放电(DBD)型臭氧发生器用的高频电源。分别给出了本电源的主电路以及控制电路等主要组成部分的电路。重点讨论了该电源缓冲电路参数的选择,根据已有的经验公式对吸收电路参数进行了估算,通过试验对电源工作半个周期内的电压电流进行了分析,在分析基础上对缓冲电路估算参数进行了必要的调整,给出了电源缓冲电路参数选择的方法。

Abstract:A high frequency power supply for dielectric-barrier discharge(DBD)ozone generator is introduced.The main circuit and the control circuit of the power supply are presented.How to choose the parameter of the snubber circuit of the power supply is discussed.The parameter of the snubber circuit is estimated based on the empirical formula concerned.The analysis on the voltage and current of the power supply's half working cycle has been done by experiment.The estimated parameter of the snubber circuit is rectified after the analysis.At last,the method of choosing the parameter of the snubber circuit is proposed.
