4-甲基-2-羟基硫酚的合成及吸附性能研究

摘    要:以对甲基苯硫酚为原料, 通过硝化、还原、重氮化等一系列反应合成了4-甲基-2-羟基硫酚。考察了重氮化过程中NaNO2用量、硫酸浓度、反应温度以及水解时硫酸浓度对产率的影响。实验表明, 最佳工艺条件为: NaNO2与4-甲基-2-氨基硫酚的摩尔比为2.10∶1, 硫酸浓度为3 mol/L, 反应温度为3 ℃, 水解时硫酸浓度为6 mol/L, 此条件下4-甲基-2-羟基硫酚的产率为71.2%。

Abstract:With p-thiophenol as raw material, 4-methyl-2-hydroxythiophenol was synthesized by nitration, reduction and diazotization. An investigation was made on the effects of NaNO2 dosage, sulfuric acid concentration, reaction temperature and H2SO4 concentration in hydrolysis on the yield. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions are as follows: the mole radio of NaNO2 and 4-methyl-2-aminothiophenol of 2.10∶1, H2SO4 concentration of 3 mol/L, temperature of 3 ℃, and H2SO4 concentration in hydrolysis of 6 mol/L.Under the conditions, the yield of 4-methyl-2- hydroxythiophenol was 71.2%.
