聚氯乙烯-三氯化铁树脂催化合成乳酸正丁酯

摘    要:首次将聚氯乙烯- 三氯化铁催化剂应用于乳酸正丁酯的合成中,由乳酸和正丁醇反应生成乳酸正丁酯。当 0.1 m ol乳酸,0.4 m ol正丁醇和 1.0 g 催化剂回流加热 2.0 h,产品收率达 98.6% 。

Abstract:In the paper,the catalyst of polyvinyl chloride-ferric chloride(PVC-FeCl 3) was used in the synthesis of n-butyl lactate.n-Butyl alcohol reacted with lactic acid in the presence of PVC-FeCl 3 to yield n-butyl lactate.Thus,a mixture of 0.1 mol lactic acid,0.4 mol n-butyl alcohol and 1.0 g catalyst were heated for 2.0 h at refluxing temperature,the yield was 98.6%.
