摘    要:黄须菜是一种真盐土植物,其籽可榨油供食用,黄须菜籽油中含有90%以上的不饱和脂肪酸,是一种重要的营养保健食品的料,本文研究了用脂肪酶水解黄须菜籽油及其水解产物的后处理工艺。试验了酶、溶剂、温度、碱的流加等条件对水解率的影响,确定了适合黄须菜籽油的条件,即用质量分数为5%Lipolase 100T时,50℃,5h,每10min流加碱,PH值为6-8时,水解率可达92%-95%,水解产产物中亚油酸含量约725。该工艺为制备亚油酸的一 种方法。

Abstract:A process of hydrolyzing Suueda Sulsa seed oil with lipase was studied in this paper. The operating conditions, such as type of lipase, temperature, and reaction time have been studied,. The degree of hydrolysis could be up to 92~95% by 5% Lipolase 100T under optium conditions, 50℃, 5hr and pH of 6~8. It was experimentally indieated that the hydrolysate contains above 70% Linoleic acid, 13% Oleic acid, 6% Palmitic acid etc. The proposed process is likely a useful method for of producting Linoleic acid.
