摘    要:磁力驱动技术实现了转矩无接触传递,解决了普通连接方式中的摩擦磨损及泄漏问题。磁力分布计算是磁力驱动机构设计的1个重要环节。常采用的公式法容易产生较大误差,不利于精确地分析磁力机构的动态性能。为此,文章采用ANSYS有限元法分析以提高磁力计算的精度。以高速轴向磁力驱动机构为例,在简要介绍了该模型的磁力特性和磁场力的基本理论之后,借助ANSYS有限元软件对高速轴向磁力驱动机构的磁场分布和磁力进行了详细地分析,数值仿真结果有效地提高了磁力分布计算的精度,弥补了公式法的缺陷,为进一步采用非接触式磁力驱动器设计纺纱加捻锭子提供根本保障。图7参9

Abstract:Magnetic drive Mechanism not only implements the magnetic non-contact transfer, but also solves the friction-wear and leakage problems in the general connection case. The numeration of magnetic distribution is an important link in the design process of magnetic drive mechanism. The normal used formula method with bigger error can′t analyze accurately the dynamical properties of the magnetic drive mechanism. Thus this paper adopts the ANSYS finite element method to enhance the numeration precision. Taking the high-speed axial magnetic force driving mechanism for example, after briefly introduced the magnetic character of the model and basic theory in magnetic force, the paper dwelt on magnetic field distribution and the magnetic force of magnetic force driving mechanism with ANSYS software. The simulation results with ANSYS behave higher precision, which makes up the shortage of formula method and ensure further work to design spin twisting spindle with non-contacting magnetic derive.
