活性染料自动调浆系统的应用实践

摘    要:采用不同的活性固体染料进行液体化,应用于自动调浆系统。通过比较不同染料液化后的化学稳定性、各项色牢度,以及染料的得色量、色光稳定性和提升力,发现阿图活性染料液体化后的应用性能与进口P型染料相当,并优于国产的K型染料。使用自动调浆系统大大提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:Application of liquidized reactive dyestuffs to automatic color mixing system is undergone. Applied properties of various liquidized reactive dyes are compared, such as stability to chemicals, color fastness, color yield, shade consistence, as well as building up. Results show that applied properties of liquidized Tulactive reactive dyes are superior to domestic K type, and are similar to imported P type. Automatic color mixing system with liquidized dyestuffs can greatly enhance the productivity and reduce the cost.
