万向节叉法兰盘的结构设计研究

摘    要:万向节叉是汽车传动轴总成中的一个重要零件。目前的小斯太尔EQ1146V4(w4)汽车是靠万向节法兰盘上的8个螺栓传递转矩的,由于其结构限制,有部分螺栓不能用气动板手拧紧,影响该工位的装车速度。设计改进后,其转矩是靠万向节法兰盘的端面牙齿来传递,4个螺栓只起联接作用,这样一来,不仅解决了装车速度问题,而且还可以节省材料,降低整车成本。该结构是联轴器传统结构的一个新突破,相信在汽车零部件市场上有较强的竞争力。

Abstract:Universal joint folk is an important part of truck drive shaft. At p resent, in the little Steyr EQ1146V4(W4), the torque is passed by 8 bolts on u niversal joint fork flange. Due to its structural restriction, some bolts can't be tightened up by pneumatic wrench. Thus influence the assembling rate of this station. Undergo modification; the inter-linkage of universal joint fork flange passes the torque. The four bolts act as an attachment. Therefore, not only the assembling rate is improved but also the material is saved, and the cost is red uced. It is believed to be of competitive ability in auto parts market.
