| 摘 要： | 介绍了X90钢级管线钢钢带的情况,分析研究了X90钢级螺旋缝埋弧焊管的力学性能,焊接接头的组织形貌、硬度及其分布等.提出了优化钢带合金成分,提高钢带头尾屈服强度、冷却速度,降低卷曲温度,进一步研究试样类型对拉伸试验的影响,制定X90钢级管线管标准等建议.
