| Abstract: | This paper introduces the applications of high-precision tungsten devices in medical collimator, detector and semiconductor ion implantation apparatus. And the key production and process technology of high-precision tungsten devices is analyzed in detail. The development trend of tungsten products, that is, in the direction of high-technology, high-additional value and tungsten-application products, is also put forward. |
