蓄冷平板相变换热器凝固传热特性研究

摘    要:本文建立了蓄冷平板相变换热器中蓄冷平板单体凝固过程变化规律的数理模型,并用一种简便方法求解了凝固过程非稳态移动界面传热问题,获得了有关传热速率,界面移动,载冷剂出口温度的变化规律,讨论了蓄冷平板相变换热器的传热特性。

Abstract:This paper presents a model describing solidification properties of the ice-storage rectangular capsule in phase-change cool-storage heat exchangers and a simple method based on the heat resistance method to solve the solidification heat transfer problems. Using this method, the heat exchanger effectiveness of the phase-change cool-storage heat exchanger, the position of the phase change interface in the ice storage plate, and the outlet temperature of the coolant were calculated. The heat transfer properties of the phase-change cool-storage plate heat exchanger were discussed.
