建筑节能的若干重要因素分析

本文分析了影响建筑系统节能的若干重要因素，指出建筑系统节能须从设计开始综合考虑各个因素及其相互关系，并充分顾及环保等社会可持续发展问题。

On Some Important Problems of Energy Conservation in Building Systems

Energy conservation in a building is involved with the complete system including the enclosure, indoor and outdoor climate, the surroundings, and installations in the system.In this paper, the fundamentals of energy conservation and some related problems in the building system were discussed. The problem of energy conservation has to be considered from the very beginning of the system planning. The advantage of natural features should be exploited, and the impact between the building structure and the surroundings has to be estimated. The result of the analysis indicates that the relationship between the status of the complete building system and the surroundings has to be considered in the first place. The other factors to be considered, which exert an influence on energy conservation, are the enclosure material, installations in the system, air-conditioning, lighting, communication, and system management.
