摘    要:随着科学技术的发展,科学仪器将会不断更新。从改造的实践证明,通过技术改造能使旧型仪器更新技术、提高性能、扩展功能、延长使用寿命。这里仪器更新的一条经济有效的新途径,是发展我国科学仪器事业的一新路。从国家的利益出发,应加大科学仪器改造的力度,使其向纵深发展。

Abstract:As a result of the continuous development of science and technology today, there has always been the need for the renewal of scientific instruments. It has already been proved by practice and experience that the technological upgrading can renew the techniques of old instruments, improve their performance, enhance their functions and prolong their service life. It is both an economical and effective way of improving the technology, and a new way of developing the industry of scientific instrument in China. We should step up the upgrading of scientific instruments and promote its development to a deeper level in accordance with the interests of the country.
