| 摘 要： | 以Pro/E为平台对电池盒盖的注塑模进行了3D设计。通过对塑件结构和特点的分析,确定了注塑模具的总体设计方案,着重介绍了注塑模浇注系统和侧抽分型机构的设计。并利用Pro/E中的P lastic Advisor(塑料顾问)对设计完成的注塑模具进行了塑料流动分析。该模具的设计方法对同类产品的模具设计具有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The 3D design of the battery cover injection mould was realized using Pro/E.Over analyzing the structure and character of the battery cover,the general structure design project of its injection mold was determined,and the design points of feed system,slide side-drawing mechanism were studied in details.The plastic material flow analysis was also done using Plastic Adivisor of Pro/ E.The design method of this injection mould could be used to other similar injection moulds. |
