| 摘 要： | 环境监控是环保监督部门的重要工作之一，是环保信息化、数字化的重要内容．为加强对武汉市的环境管理，设计出了武汉市环境监控系统，该系统由污染源自动在线监测监控系统、环境质量自动监测系统、污染源视频监控管理系统、城市烟尘远程视频监控、大屏幕显示系统、“12369”环保热线系统、监察车辆GPS定位、环境地理信息系统、连接各级环保部门的系统等子系统组成，并详细阐述了系统的总体框架以及具体的功能需求分析．
