| 摘 要： | 为了进一步完善科技项目管理办法,加强科技项目管理的外部监督,通过对科技项目公示的实践研究,论述了将公示引入科技项目管理中的必要性、可行性和理论依据,提出了建立科技项目及科技项目管理外部监督机制(公示制度)的一种具体方案.

| Abstract: | The practice of notification system for sci-tech project is studied in this paper to perfect management of sci-tech project and reinforce external inspection of it. The necessity, feasibility and the theoretical foundation of introducing notification system into sci-tech project management are discussed. Finally, a specific program is put forward to set up a mechanisim of external inspection of sci-tech project management. |
