摘    要:提出了基础设施网络系统两阶段抗震全局优化设计的总体设想,即系统最小总投入(造价与损失期望之和)条件下单元可靠度最优分配(系统优化)与给定可靠度约束下结构最低造价设计(结构优化),并通过建立结构可靠度与设防烈度或线型结构(如管道等)具体方案间的关系,将系统优化转化为具有较少离散变量的优化设计,并利用正交枚举法进行简化计算,从而避免了大规模非线性规划的示解及目前给定可靠度水平下结构优化技术尚不成熟的困

Abstract:In this paper, we try to divide the global aseismic optimum design of civil infrastructure network system into two stages, i. e. optimum distribution for component reliability aiming at minimum system wholly investment (sum of cost and future loss expectation) and structure normal optimum design aiming at minimum cost under the optimum reliability constraint. Through establishing the relationship of structure reliability with design intensity or concrete plan, the system optimum design can be changed into one with fewer discrete optimum varieties. The working amount can be alleviated through taking orthogonal enumeration as optimum tool. Then the difficulties of solving large - scale non - linear schedule and the immaturity of the structure optimum design under reliability constraint can be avoided.
