摘    要:为了对比国产和进口抗硫管在模拟工况低H2S含量环境下的腐蚀性能及抗开裂敏感性,采用高温高压失重法和应力腐蚀开裂四点弯曲加载法,并结合扫描电镜、能谱以及X射线衍射分析技术对80钢级国产钢管、80钢级进口钢管和95钢级进口钢管进行了试验研究,从而为油气田实际选材提供理论依据.结果表明:在低温低H2S分压环境下,材料成分中铬...

Abstract:The corrosion behavior and stress corrosion cracking(SCC) of three domestic and imported sulfur-resistant tubes were analyzed by high temperature and high pressure coupon test,SCC test,SEM,EDS and XRD,these results will be helpful for material selection of oil and gas field.The results indicated that the element of Cr,Mo and Ni which improved the corrosion performance had not obvious superiority at the lower temperature and H 2S partial pressure.The mechanical properties of three kinds of materials had slig...
