DNA计算中的编码序列设计问题

摘    要:分析了DNA计算过程中可能出现的序列设计的错误,综述了序列设计过程中的正、负设计方案,约束条件及其在编码序列优化设计中的作用,总结了目前存在的主要编码方法,指出:通过提高升化试验技术,减少和减弱众多的约束条件,或将二者有机结合,才有望从根本上解决编码序列设计问题.

Abstract:The potential mistake and reason in the process of computing was analyzed, then the positive and negative design of DNA sequence, the detail of the constraints in the scheme and methods for searching the good sequence were intreduced. The present main codeword design methods were summarized. At last, it was pointed out that only through improving biochemical technology, reducing or weakening the restrictive conditions, or combining these two methods, the problem of coding sequence design may be expected to be fundamentally solved.
