摘    要:根据工业回转窑窑衬清理机器人的液压驱动系统的组成及其工作原理,绘制了能够反映液压系统动态特性的功率键合图,由此建立了包含8个子系统的非线性动力学状态方程,然后根据每个方程的各状态变量之间形成的输入与输出关系构建了系统动态特性仿真模型,并按照不同的参数利用SIMULINK软件包进行了计算机仿真。

Abstract:According to the composition and working principle of hydraulic driving system of industrial tubular kiln liner cleaning robot,the power bonding diagram which can represent the hydraulic driving system dynamic property was drawn.And the nonlinear dynamic equations which were involved with eight subsystems were established.Then the simulation models which were dealt with input and output relationship of every dynamic property equations were built.And its computer simulation was done in terms of various parametric values with the SIMULINK software.
