| 摘 要： | 1 .概述大庆油田采油六厂喇 360污水站专为处理北东块聚合物污水而设计。设计规模为 4× 10 4 ｍ3/ｄ ,目前正处于聚合物高峰期 ,聚合物浓度为 2 80ｍｇ/Ｌ ,实际处理量为 2 7× 10 4 ｍ3/ｄ。主要设备包括 :12 0 0 0ｍ3一次自然沉降罐 2座 ,70 0 0ｍ3二次混凝沉降罐 2座。其主要设计参数 :①沉降时间 15 5ｈ(其中 ,自然沉降时间 10 3ｈ ,混凝沉降时间 5 2ｈ) ;②进水含油≤30 0 0ｍｇ/Ｌ ;③出水含油≤ 30ｍｇ/Ｌ。为了适应聚合物污水的特性 ,该污水站以沉降时间长、压力强制过滤的显著特点不同于常规污水站。它作为油田地面工程的一种新…
