摘    要:为得到较纯的三七皂苷R1,先采用甲醇浸提法从三七根中提取三七总皂苷,再利用大孔吸附树脂-硅胶柱层析法,对三七总皂苷进行两步分离,得到三七皂苷R1单体.结果表明,1 000 g三七根中可获得三七总皂苷82.0 g,提取率为8.20%.80.0 g三七总皂苷吸附于AB-8大孔吸附树脂柱,经36%乙醇洗脱,得40.0 g含三...

Abstract:In this paper,notoginsenoside R1 was separated on AB-8 macroporous adsorbent resin and silica gel column.82.0 g ginsenoside was extracted from 1 000 g root of notoginseng with methanol.Such ginsenoside(80.0 g) was eluted on AB-8 macroporous adsorbent resin with 36% ethanol and 40.0 g ginsenoside containing notoginsenoside R1 was collected.It was purified further by silica gel chromatography and the yield of notoginsenoside R1 was 1.55%,the purity was 98.48% detected by HPLC.
