摘    要:分析了流体类机械设备在变频-工频切换过程中出现的电流冲击现象,发现造成电流冲击最重要的原因并不是相差造成的,而是转速不匹配造成的.通过分析找到防止和降低电流冲击的方法,即通过设置合适的切换时间,保证切换前后的转速差,设置多重互锁等方法可以保证变频和工频间切换的平稳和可靠.实验表明通过设置合适的切换时间切换前后的转速,可...
