摘    要:为了系统研究不同射孔参数(污染带半径、孔深、孔密、孔径及射开程度)对水平井产量的影响规律,文中将射孔完井表皮因子模型和水平井产能预测半解析模型结合起来计算不同射孔参数下的表皮因子及水平井产量.分别对不同污染带半径、孔深、孔密、孔径及射开程度的射孔表皮因子及水平井产量进行计算,并绘制各射孔参数与表皮因子和水平井产量的关系...

Abstract:In order to study the influence of perforation parameters(damage radius,perforation length,perforation density,perforation diameter and perforation extent) on the productivity of horizontal wells,this paper combines the skin factor model of perforating completion with the semi-analytical productivity prediction model of horizontal wells to calculate the skin factor and productivity of horizontal wells to different perforation parameters.Through calculating the perforation skin factor and productivity of horizontal wells to the different perforation parameters respectively and drawing the relationship charts between different perforation parameters and skin factor and productivity of horizontal wells,the influence of perforation parameters on skin factor and the productivity of horizontal wells are analyzed.The study results show that the perforation length should be greater than the halflength of damage zone in order to get more productivity.The phase angle should be optimized after the perforation length,perforation density and perforation diameter is ascertained.Perforation project is very important for partial perforating completion.If perforation project is selected very well,ideal productivity can be achieved even the perforation extent is small.
