摘    要:在分析油基钻井液优、缺点及技术难点的基础上,对国内外油基钻井液处理剂及钻井液体系研究与应用情况进行了介绍,提出了油基钻井液发展方向.油墓钻井液具有抗高温、抗盐、有利于井壁稳定、润滑性好和对油气层损害程度小等优点,在国外已广泛作为钻深井、超深井、大斜度定向井、水平井和水敏性复杂地层的重要手段,并取得了明显的效果.国外油基...

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages and technical difficulties of oil-based drilling fluid,research and application of oil-based drilling fluid additives and drilling fluid systems at home and abroad were introduced.Development direction of oil-based drilling fluid was put forward.Oil-based drilling fluid shows the advantages of high temperature resistance,salt resistance,favorable wellbore stability,good lubricity and small damage to reservoir,which has been widely used as an important means for the drilling of deep well,ultra-deep well,highly-deviated directional well,horizontal well and water-sensitive complex formation abroad.And significant results have been achieved.Because foreign oil-based drilling fluids have been more mature,the current focus is to improve the environmental acceptability of drilling fluids.Although some research works of oil-based drilling fluid have been carried out in our country,it is rarely used.From the development trend of drilling fluid,we should put the human and material resources in the oil-based drilling fluid in order to create the practicable oil-based drilling fluid system to promote the continuous progress of domestic drilling fluid technology through the development or selection of the oil-based drilling fluid additives and the oil base used for oil-based drilling fluid,based on the foreign experience and domestic initial practice.
