| Abstract: | There are many risk factors in the process of the industrialization of high & new technology, and these risk factors seriously influence the realization of the industrialization of high & new technology. This paper not only analyzes the characteristics, but also analyzes the main types of the risks and the causes which result in these risks, then puts forward to some suggestions about the prevention of these risks. |
