铅酸电池中有机膨胀剂木钠的稳定性

摘    要:研究了Vanisperse-A木质素磺酸钠(木钠)在模拟铅酸电池浮充的电解环境下的化学稳定性,利用UV-Vis和FT-IR光谱,分析了木钠分子中某些官能团的变化情况.结果表明:在电池负极的酸性和还原环境中,木钠的主要官能团磺酸根、羧酸根和甲氧基发生了变化.

Abstract:The chemical stability of Vanisperse-A sodium lignosulphonate in the electrolytic enviroment simulating the floating charge of lead-acid battery was studied.The UV-Vis and FT-IR spectra were used to analyse the changing situation of some functional groups in sodium lignosulphonate molecule.The results showed that the main functional groups of sodium lignosulphonate such as sulphonic acid group,carboxy group and methoxy group were changed in the acid and reduction environment of battery cathode.
