转炉冶炼高碳钢工艺分析

摘    要:为了解决转炉冶炼高碳钢去磷、保碳、提温三者难以同时实现的问题,在生产过程中,优化工艺,总结出了“双控双调”的操作方法,取得了良好的效果:留碳命中率高,磷的控制稳定,使高碳钢冶炼合格率从原来的63.6%提高到84.7%。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems,of which difficult to realize dephosphorization,hold carbon,raising temperature at the same time during high carbon steel smelted by the converter,operation methods of double control and regulation have been summarized through optimizing process in production.And the ideal effects have been obtained,of which percent of pass of terminal carbon is high,phosphorization control is stable and percent of pass of high carbon steel smelted by the converter has been increased from 63.6% to 84.7%.
