基于微机与集成芯片的通用变频调速系统

摘    要:为提高通用型变频器的性能,本文介绍了主电路采用交-直-交结构、控制电路采用单片微机MCS8031与SPWM集成芯片SLE4520配合控制的全数字化的变频调速系统。分析了系统的基本原理,阐述了通用型变频调速系统的硬件和软件设计,在对控制系统提出苛刻要求和能源日益紧张的今天这种系统有着广泛的应用。

Abstract:In order to get good performance in general variable frequency instrument, this paper introduces the systems of variable fre-quency based on single chip microcomputer and integrated chip SLE4520, this system come ture the digital control. In the paper , speed control theory and hardware and software are described in detail ,this speed control of system have achieved the enterprise pro-duces production request. The experiment indicates that this control system structure is simple and performance is good. This systems can be used in advanced control field all over the agriculture and industry.
