| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种螺旋板式换热器通道自动焊接设备，该设备采用ＭＣＳ—５１单片机控制，具有焊缝实时跟踪、示教（传感器自动示教／人工示教）／再现跟踪等功能，跟踪精度满足生产要求。实用表明：该设备功能强、操作方便、工作稳定可靠，有推广应用价值。文中详述了设备构成、控制系统和软件设计。

| Abstract: | An automatic welding equipment for spiral heat exchangers ia introduced,which canoperate in either real-time seam tracking mode or teaching/playback mode,controlled by MCS-5l single-chip computers. Application result shows that the equipment is easy to operate, works stably and reliably.The equipment structure,contrul system and software are detailed. |
