燃气发电机组空燃比调节子系统的设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了一种可满足低热值燃气安全发电的基于DSP的燃气发电机组智能化空燃比调节子系统的设计.该系统根据空燃比和转速变化,实时准确控制气体发动机燃气和空气进气量,实现了各种热值下燃气与空气进气量自适应调节及发电机组转速的精确控制,提高了燃气发电机组的发电效率.实验结果表明,该系统具有较高的实用价值.

Abstract:This paper gives an introduction about the design of an intelligent air-fuel ratio regulation subsystem based on DSP for low-caloric gas generators. According to the variation of air-fuel ratio and running speed, the subsystem can regulate the gas and air supply properly and implement the self-adapting tuning of the gas and air supply under different caloric conditions along with the accurate control of the running speed of a generator, thus improving the efficiency of the gas generator. Experimental results showthat the subsystem is of practical value.
