增塑和变性大豆蛋白塑料力学性能研究

摘    要:将甲酰胺、甲酰胺和甘油复合增塑剂、脲或SDS以不同比例与大豆蛋白混合,经模压成型制成改性大豆蛋白塑料,并采用材料实验机研究塑料力学性能。结果表明,采用甲酰胺、甲酰胺含量为3%复合增塑剂、脲或SDS对大豆蛋白进行改性,大豆蛋白塑料断裂伸长率和断裂能增大,表明塑料延伸性和韧性得到改善;塑料拉伸强度和杨氏模量减小。

Abstract:Formamineg,lycerol–formamine complex,urea or SDS and soy proteins were mixed at different ratios and hot press molded for making soy protein plastics.Mechanical properties of the plastics were investigated by using an Instron testing system.The results showed that elongation at break and fracture energy of formamineg,lycerol–formamine complex at 3% for mamine content or urea modified plastics increasedi,ndicating improvement of flexbility and toughness of the plastics.Howevert,ensile strength and Young's modulus of Formamine,glycerol–formamine complex,urea or SDS modified plastics decreased.
