摘    要:选择盐酸-三氯化铝1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐(Emim]Br-A1Cl3-HCl)为离子液体催化剂,用于催化1-癸烯齐聚。研究了阴阳离子物质的量比和共催化剂用量以及聚合反应条件,如反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间等对反应结果的影响,实验结果表明较佳的工艺条件为:阴阳离子物质的量比为3∶1,共催化剂用量0.09 mL,反应温度为120℃、m(催化剂)∶m(1-癸烯)=5∶100、反应时间3 h。在常压下,1-癸烯齐聚产物的转化率达到80%以上,并且符合聚α-烯烃(PAO)性能要求。

Abstract:Ionic liquids(Br-AlCl3-HCl)are considered as a class of novel and efficient catalyst that have been successful used to catalyze the 1-decene oligomerization.The effects of conditions and the catalyst on the products of 1-decene oligomerization were studied,such as the molar ratio between anion and cation,the content of co-catalyst,the content of catalyst,reaction time,reaction temperature.The results demonstrated that superior process conditions on 1-decene oligomerization were as follows:the molar ratio between anion and cation is 3∶1,the content of co-catalyst is 0.09 mL,reaction time is 3h,reaction temperature is 120 ℃,the content of catalyst is 5%.The selectivity and conversion rate of oligomer were enhanced under ordinary pressure,which oligomer can be extensively used to prepared poly alpha-olefins synthetic oil(PAO) by alkylating.
